The client provides us with a PDF that needs to enter into their CRM.
We provided our support and accurately entered all the information accurately into the Contactually CRM.
The task was very clear in instructions so We didn’t face any problem in the completion of this project successfully.
PDF To Excel Conversion
The Client Provided me the PDF scanned receipts to enter all information into Ms. Excel
I did this with full dedication and it took more than double of my time to complete because the scanned receipts were handwritten and the writing was very bad and unclear.
The client, in the end, took all the completed files from me and didn’t pay me the rest of the amount. That was very disappointing for me. I requested him many times but he was unresponsive every time.
QuickBooks Virtual Admin Assistant
Using remote desktop software to enter their machine and by following instructions, I performed numerous tasks which are listed below:
– Enter Monthly Expenses in QB
– Enter Sale Commission Invoices bimonthly in QB.
– Enter Monthly Invoices in QB.
– Processing E-checks using QB.
– Sending the activity reports to the customers using windows live mail.
– Updating Invoices on demand of customers.
– Email Management.
– Applying late fee charges if the customers fail to pay on the due date.
The client was very kind, Flexible, quick in releasing the payment and happy with my working.
Woo Commerce Product Listings
The Client shares a google folder with us to get product details (size, price, units, Packaging etc ) from the product images. Then we have to write the product description after viewing the images shared in the folder.
We have to make the CSV file upload to the woo-commerce store. Then we have to reconcile prices and also add products directly to woo-commerce.
